    Gimber is a versatile and alcohol-free drink made from premium ginger, lemon, herbs and spices. It has a kick and a quirk that lets you create your own flavours and personality.

I enjoy drinking alcohol, but between parenting, driving, and just getting older, I enjoy interesting non-alcoholic drinks more and more.

I never really enjoyed any of the alcohol-free "spirits" I found - but then `Francis <https://www.flourish.org/>`__ told me about `Gimber <https://amzn.to/4fvVbdk>`__ [#disclosure]_.

"Functionally", it's much like a (slightly thick) whisky - a straight measure in a glass (with ice to cut through it slightly) is a punchy sippable drink with a great depth of flavour - alternatively mix it with soda or tonic or something for an enjoyable long drink.

If you don't like ginger, it's probably not for you - otherwise, I'd definitely recommend it!
